I wanna bet that is not the English name, but well... In Dutch it's called slagroomtaart, it's all coverd with whipped cream and chocolate and fruit. I hope it is good, because I made it for the shop. In there there is strawberry, whipped cream and ... do not know English name, but in Dutch it's called 'Banketbakkersroom' or 'Geleroom'.
